Testing, testing…one, two, three! That’s just how close the new Acceletronics and RadParts testing facility is to completion, with only two-to-three weeks left until this exciting and highly anticipated project is finalized and ready for activity.
The new high-tech testing facility boasts 5,000 square feet of space and is adjacent to the current RadParts warehouse, which hosts more than 60,000 spare linear accelerator equipment parts. The project is currently 80 percent completed and when it is finalized, our expert team will have the ability to stage and run refurbished linear accelerators, test repaired parts, improve overall quality control and ensure that our customers get the best product possible at a competitive price.
Although construction efforts are keeping the new facility busy and bustling now, the activity will only increase upon its official opening. Acceletronics technicians will also have the ability to test two linear accelerators simultaneously within the vault’s large shielded bunker. Overall, the goal for the new facility is to ensure that the linear accelerators we refurbish and the repaired and refurbished parts we recondition will be delivered to clients operating at peak performance, just as if they were new!
As the world’s largest employee-owned independent linear accelerator equipment supplier and service provider, Acceletronics has established a reputation for excellence in customer service and exceptional quality over the past 33 years. With the addition of the new testing facility, we will further improve the level of quality control and client satisfaction, continuing in our efforts to deliver the best and most affordable replacement refurbished equipment and repair parts for all of your radiation oncology equipment needs.
